Training

Here at Dynamic Fitness living a longer and healthier life is our main focus. We don't rely on fads to get the results we rely on the workouts and nutrional advice that you can use the rest of your life to live healthier for many years to come!

Personal Training

Here at Dynamic fitness our main focus is one on one personal training. Full hour long sessions with monthly measurments and boyfat readings, along with nutritional advice and meal plans to help you achieve your fitness goals. We offer single sessions and packages up to 30 sessions at a discounted rate from single sessions.

Group Training

 

Have a friend or spouse you want to workout with, we also offer group sessions with up to 4 people. Sessions are still an hour long and includes all the same feature as one on one training like measurments and nutritional advice.

Nutritional Advice

 

Having lived this lifestyle the past years of my life I can attest that diet is where you will see the most results. Which is why we will provide nutrional advice and meal plans for any client!
